Returns & Exchange
You have not immediately fallen in love with our pieces and would like to return them!? Impossible!! :) But in any case these are the steps to follow:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
If you need to cancel your order, make sure to send us a message within 24 hours of placing the order. We get started on preparing the orders within one day of receiving them and often your order is already in production.
If you need to return items back, you can do so within 14 days from the day of delivery.
You can do this via our contact sheet or via office@shixjewelry.com. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
As a small business we are trying hard to deliver the best quality of our handmade products for very competing and affordable prices, therefore we are not yet in a position to offer returning of the orders free of charge. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Faulty goods
Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear is not classed as a manufacturing fault. Please contact our customer care for further details.
Colours and Images
We work very hard to display products on our website as real life feel as possible but colors may vary and we cannot guarantee your computer, phone or tablet screen will display colors accurately.
