Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all of our orders are typically shipped within 1-3 working days. If it is a product we already have in stock you will receive it asap, but custom orders could take a little longer. We really appreciate your patience while we make your desired piece.
All purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Each of our pieces are made, packed and shipped out by our small (but mighty) team via Post AT.
Once your purchase is on its way the average delivery time for orders within Austria is 1-3 working days and average delivery time for EU orders is 3-14 working days. For international orders it could take up to four weeks. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address to have it routed to the correct one. Make sure to always double check your mailing address!
Once the package leaves our studio, it is completely in the hands of the postal service.
Shix jewelry will not be accountable for packages marked as delivered and not received.
Therefore no refunds or replacement will be provided for the products missing or damaged in transit.
Customs
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Shix jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs. Please inform yourself on the import rules and regulations in your country.
